The Maikhao Palm Beach Resort is located on the picturesque northwest coast of Phuket, directly on the quiet and expansive Maikhao Beach, one of the most natural and pristine beaches on the island. The location combines a tropical setting, peace and quiet, and yet excellent accessibility – ideal for couples, families, and those seeking relaxation alike. Only a few minutes from Phuket International Airport, the resort offers a comfortable arrival while being far enough from the hustle and bustle to allow for true relaxation.

The Maikhao Palm Beach Resort blends modern Thai-Lanna style with a harmonious, tropical environment. The well-maintained outdoor facilities with lush gardens and winding freshwater pools create a quiet, feel-good atmosphere, complemented by sun terraces, sun loungers, and a family-friendly pool area with water slides. Indoors, guests can expect a spacious lobby with warm materials, open lounge areas, and elegantly furnished rooms. In total, the resort has 225 rooms, equipped with modern amenities such as smart TV, minibar, coffee and tea-making facilities, and private balconies. Culinary options include the Chom Talay Restaurant, which offers a selection of Thai and international dishes, complemented by further restaurants and a pool bar for refreshing drinks.

Deluxe

The rooms are approximately 55 m² and feature a combined living/sleeping area, bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), electric kettle, coffee/tea, and a balcony. (DD2)
Also bookable with sea view (DDM) or as Pool Access (DPA) with direct access to the communal pool.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Deluxe Family

With the same amenities and size as the Deluxe rooms, these feature two rooms visually separated by a sliding door and offer sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people (DF2).
