The family-friendly complex has a total of 282 comfortable rooms, spread across several buildings, offering a lobby with reception, spacious common areas including a small shop for souvenirs and snacks, and a cozy Bavarian lounge where families can relax.
For culinary delights, the restaurant "Wai Wai" serves international dishes, and a beach restaurant offers fresh seafood and local specialties. There is also a coffee shop and the Wai Wai Bar, serving refreshing drinks.
The outdoor area provides plenty of space for families to play and relax. The hotel features two large pools. The "Emerald Splash" Adult Pool offers slides for the young at heart, while the "Emerald Adventure" Kids Pool is perfect for younger guests. Additionally, there are two bars where parents can enjoy cool drinks while the children splash in the water.
