The popular beach resort consists of two areas: the luxurious Thani Wing, located directly on Kata Noi Beach, and the first-class Bhuri Wing, located in the rear part of the complex amidst a tropical garden. The resort features a lobby with a reception, a supermarket, small shops, a medical clinic, and a game/entertainment room. Dining options include the "Chom Talay" restaurant serving Thai and European cuisine, the "Fisherman's Wharf" restaurant offering fresh seafood, the "La Scala" restaurant with Italian cuisine, the "Chanadda Royal Thai Cuisine" restaurant with selected local dishes, the "Seaside" restaurant with freshly baked pizza and pasta, as well as 5 bars. The tropical and spacious grounds feature six swimming pools, four children's pools, three jacuzzis, and a small water slide. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool.

The modern Deluxe Rooms (approx. 40 m²) are located in the Bhuri Wing and feature a king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, a desk, bathroom with a shower and separate WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee-making facilities, and a furnished balcony with garden view (DD2/DD1).

Grand Deluxe Double Room

The modern Grand Deluxe Rooms (approx. 50 m²) are located in the Bhuri Wing and are ideal for families with children. They feature a king-size bed and 2 extra beds (separated by a sliding door), a desk, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee-making facilities, and a furnished balcony with garden view (GD). Also bookable as a 02 Bedroom Grand Deluxe (DBZ), which consists of two Grand Deluxe rooms with a connecting door.
These are also available with direct pool access for an extra charge (PO2/PO1).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Junior Suite

The modern Junior Suites (approx. 45-50 m²) are located in the Thani Wing and feature a king-size bed, desk and seating area, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee-making facilities, and a furnished balcony with sea view (JS2).

Family Room

The comfortably furnished family rooms (approx. 55 m²) are located in the Bhuri Wing and are ideal for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. They feature a king-size bed or Hollywood twins as well as comfortable pull-out beds for the children, which are separated by a sliding door for more privacy. The spacious bathroom offers a bathtub as well as a separate rain shower. From the room, you can enjoy a view of the mini water park. (DF2). Also bookable with direct pool access (POX).
