The hotel, built in a luxurious style, is located directly on the sea near the Laguna Phuket Golf Club on Bangtao Beach. Nearby are "Surin Beach" and "Layan Beach". The transfer time to Phuket Airport is approximately 25 minutes.

This resort offers a stunningly beautiful garden with many tropical flowers and trees, and three swimming pools with a 55-meter slide, as well as a pool bar. Numerous pathways connect the accommodations between the tranquil lagoon, and a direct path leads to the 200m long beach section of "Bangtao Beach". The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a reception and lounge area. Culinary delights are promised by the 3 restaurants: "Miss Olive Oyl" with Mediterranean dishes, "Mr Tomyam" offering Thai-influenced cuisine and a bar, and "Locavore" with international cuisine. Furthermore, the hotel offers in-room dining with 24-hour room service.

The rooms, with the same amenities but larger at approximately 54 m², additionally offer unlimited access to the Club Lounge. Private check-in with a separate reception area, à la carte breakfast from 7-10:30 AM, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea from 7 AM to 10 PM, various snacks throughout the day, and free Wi-Fi access within the lounge (2UY).
