The resort is located on the west coast of Koh Samui, directly on the gently sloping Lipa Noi Beach. Small restaurants and shops are nearby. The transfer time to Koh Samui Airport is approx. 1 hour.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area includes the pool landscape. Sun loungers, bath towels, and Suns are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
