The hotel is located directly on the famous Chaweng Beach, in close proximity to the center of Chaweng with its diverse shopping and entertainment options and numerous restaurants. Samui Airport is approx. 15 minutes away. Due to the offshore reef, swimming in the sea is only possible at high tide; bathing shoes are recommended.

In the beautifully landscaped tropical garden complex, there are several two-story buildings and individual bungalows and villas with a total of 155 living units. The complex offers a reception, an open-air restaurant with Thai and international cuisine and sea views, and a restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. There are 2 pool areas with a pool bar and children's pool; one of the pools is located directly on the beach with a beautiful sea view. Loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
