The Standard, Pattaya is located in the southern area of Pattaya, specifically in the Na Jomtien district, about 10 to 12 kilometers from the vibrant city center. It is situated directly on the sea at North Na Jomtien Beach and offers direct beach access. The surrounding area is significantly quieter and more relaxed than the center of Pattaya. While the city center is primarily known for its nightlife, shopping, and bustling atmosphere, Na Jomtien is more renowned for relaxation, beach days, and a laid-back ambiance.

Opened in 2025, the hotel features 161 rooms and offers a lobby with a reception, elevators, luggage storage, and comfortable seating areas. For dining, guests can enjoy the "Sereia" offering local cuisine and grill specialties, as well as the Beach Club "Esmé" serving Mexican delights. Refreshments are also available at the pool bar and beach bar. The outdoor area includes 2 pools, one of which is adults-only, and a sun terrace with umbrellas and sun loungers.
