Location

Directly on the beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach of Kalutara. It is approx. 4 km to the center with various shopping facilities, and about 70 km to the airport. The transfer time is around 2.5 to 3 hours.

Double Room Superior Sea View North Wing

The newer Superior rooms in the North Wing offer the same facilities as the double rooms with sea view, are more spacious, and have a direct sea view. Schauinsland-Reisen original: These rooms are guaranteed to be located on the top floor.

Cabana Room (CMBA19)

These are not located in the main building but are spread across the hotel grounds. They feature air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (incl.), coffee/tea making facilities, a safe, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (DA).

Double Room Classic (CMBA19)

The "Classic" rooms are approx. 36 m² in size, located in the Old Wing, and equipped with air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), and balcony (D).

Double Room Classic Plus (CMBA19)

With otherwise similar facilities to the double rooms, these offer a bit more space (approx. 68 m²) and a small seating area with a sofa bed (DB).
