Location

The hotel is located in the center of Hikkaduwa directly on the beach. Due to corals in the water, swimming directly at the hotel is somewhat limited; swimming shoes are recommended. The nearest long sandy beach with good swimming opportunities is about 5 minutes away. Colombo Airport is about 150 km away.

The well-maintained hotel complex comprises 150 comfortably furnished rooms spread over four floors. Facilities include a welcoming lobby with reception, lobby bar, and lounge, an elevator, and three restaurants. The spacious outdoor area features a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and a pool bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are available to guests at the pool free of charge.

The friendly furnished rooms have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, TV, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony. These are located on the 1st-3rd floors and offer sea views (partially obstructed by vegetation) (DSU/DSE).

Superior Sea View Upper Floor

With the same amenities as the Superior Sea View rooms, these are located on the upper floors (DMU/DME).

Deluxe

These rooms are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but are slightly more spacious (DD2/DD1).
