The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach of Beruwela. The distance to Colombo International Airport is approx. 100 km.

The hotel has 170 rooms and offers a reception, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (Steakhouse), and two bars. The spacious swimming pool invites you to refresh and relax. Another pool is located at the Deluxe building and is exclusively reserved for guests who have booked a Deluxe room. Sun loungers and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool.

These rooms have the same amenities as the Superior rooms, are located on the upper floors with direct sea view (DMU/DME).

Deluxe Sea View

The Deluxe rooms (approx. 48 m²) are located in a separate "Luxury Wing" of the complex and are more spacious with the same amenities. In addition, the "Luxury Wing" offers the following amenities:
