Located on a peninsula between the sea and a river lagoon on Bentota beach. The town center is approximately 5 km away. A hotel-owned boat will take you across the river directly to the hotel. The transfer time from Colombo Airport is approximately 2 hours.

The modern and luxurious hotel, part of the renowned "NH Hotels" chain, offers a total of 165 modern rooms and suites distributed throughout the complex. Amenities include an elegant reception area with seating, a currency exchange, and a business center. For dining, there are three restaurants and three bars: The all-day dining restaurant "Café Bem" serves Asian and international delicacies throughout the day. Fresh seafood is prepared at the "360 Restaurant," and "Siam Pearl" offers Thai specialties. In the afternoon, the "Ceylon Club" provides coffee, tea, pastries, and local specialties.
