Sunrise Beach Villa (Speedboat)

In this villa, you can watch the sunrise and start your day wonderfully. The freestanding Sunrise Villa is approximately 125m² and features ocean views, direct beach access, a partially open-air bathroom, shower, bathtub, outdoor shower, WC, hairdryer, wooden flooring, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a furnished terrace (SV2). Also available to book with a private pool (V2X).

These villas (approx. 119 m²) hover over the crystal-clear water, offering the perfect spot to watch the vibrant Maldivian sunrise. Gaze through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows while enjoying the tranquility from your bed. On your private sundeck, it feels as if the ocean belongs to you (OV2).

Speedboat: Operates for expected arrival/departure between 5 AM and 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operates for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM // Seaplane: Operates for arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1-2 intermediate stops.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended waiting times upon entry (in such cases, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay).
In some areas, the sand on the north side may be mixed with coral; beach shoes are recommended.
