Location

Velassaru Maldives is idyllically situated on a private coral island in the heart of the South Malé Atoll – nestled in turquoise blue waters and surrounded by pristine nature. Beach Villa with Pool

The 30 Beach Villas with Pool (approx. 116 sqm) offer modern living directly on the beach, designed with natural materials. Spacious bathrooms and open-air showers create a particularly airy feel. Each villa features a private plunge pool and otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Villas. (VPZ)

Water Bungalow with Pool

The 17 Water Bungalows with Pool (approx. 80 sqm) combine Maldivian overwater charm with modern, natural design elements. Floor-to-ceiling, folding glass fronts open up the view to the lagoon, merging the indoor and outdoor areas. On the private sun deck, your own pool invites you to relax over the water. (WVP)

Water Villa

The 24 Water Villas (approx. 112 sqm) are stylish retreats over the water, offering undisturbed views of the lagoon. The spacious, minimalist living area is equipped with high-quality amenities – including a comfortable king-size bed and an attractive home entertainment system. The Velassaru Indulgence package includes a first-class culinary experience as well as numerous extras. Enjoy a varied lunch at the Turquoise restaurant, the Fen Bar, or the Chill Bar. For dinner, a selection awaits you in one of the resort's excellent restaurants (reservations sometimes required). Between 11 AM and midnight, an extended selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available at all open bars free of charge. This includes soft drinks, fresh juices, water, as well as house beer and a selection of wines and spirits. Furthermore, the package includes the free use of snorkeling equipment, two hours of ocean kayaking daily, and other amenities for a completely carefree stay.

Sports included

Tennis, fitness studio and Pilates room with equipment, yoga, guided snorkeling tours to the house reef, snorkeling equipment, morning boat trips between 7:30-8:30 AM four times a week.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfer, there may be 1-2 stopovers.
For arrival/departure outside the above-mentioned times, in case of bad weather or long waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.
