Location

The SAii Lagoon Maldives-Curio Collection by Hilton is located in the North Male Atoll on an island measuring 450m long and 100m wide, boasting beautiful white sandy beaches and tropical vegetation. Its short transfer times and diverse leisure activities on the island make it perfect for Malediven first-timers, honeymooners, and families. Male Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by speedboat.

Opened in June 2019, the resort features a total of 198 rooms and villas spread across the island and over the lagoon. Amenities include a reception and a souvenir shop. Culinary delights are served at the main restaurant "Miss Olive Oyl" with an outdoor terrace and the specialty restaurant "Mr Tom Yam" offering fusion cuisine with Thai influences. The pool bar and the "bean/Co Café Bakery" as well as a snack bar provide cool refreshments and snacks. The pool overlooking the sea is an inviting place to relax. Sun loungers and beach towels are included at the beach and by the pool. Uniquely, it's just under 100 meters from the "Crossroads" Marina, where you'll find various cafes, restaurants (e.g., Kalhu Odi), beach clubs, a duty-free shop, a water sports center, and much more.

Sky Studio

The stylish, approximately 44 sqm rooms are located on the upper floor and feature a bathroom or shower/WC, MIY brand toiletries (individually customizable), hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, a seating area, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, twin beds, and a balcony with sea view (rooms with king bed available upon request for an extra charge).

Beach Studio

With the same amenities as the Sky Studios (44 sqm), located on the ground floor with a terrace and direct beach access (rooms with king bed available upon request for an extra charge).

Beach Villa

With the same amenities as the Beach Rooms, these are detached and slightly more spacious (60 sqm), including a semi-open bathroom with an outdoor shower and bathtub.

More spacious than the Beach Rooms (approx. 84 sqm) and built on stilts over the water, with the same amenities.

Speedboat: Scheduled for estimated arrival/departure between 5 AM and 11 PM // Domestic flight: Scheduled for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM // Seaplane: Scheduled for arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Male must be booked in advance. These costs are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions include changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended immigration waiting times (in these cases, our local agency will arrange for an overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently most domestic flights are only operated during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two Queen/King size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
