The resort is located in the South Ari Atoll and covers an area of approx. 380x160 meters. The island, with its fine white sandy beach, is situated close to the house reef. Transfers are provided by seaplane, with a journey time of approx. 25 minutes.

This diving paradise features 110 villas spread across the barefoot island. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, a boutique, and a wine cellar. Two bars and two restaurants cater to your culinary needs. Among them is the Alizée Beach Grill, which specializes in seafood prepared directly on a charcoal grill. Water Villa

The Water Villa is approx. 66m² and offers the same amenities as the Beach Villa, but is located on stilts over the water and additionally includes an outdoor shower (W2V).

Sand Villa

The Sand Villa is approx. 66m² and offers the same amenities as the Beach Villa, but is located on stilts directly on the beach and additionally includes an outdoor shower (BVZ).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Manta Restaurant. Lunch is also available optionally from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Totem Bar. One à la carte dinner included for 1-9 nights, two dinners for 10-16 nights, three dinners for 17-19 nights, four dinners for 20-29 nights, and 6 dinners for 30 or more nights at the Alizée Beach Grill Restaurant. Additionally, tea and snacks at the Totem Bar from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, selected spirits, and various cocktails) are available at the main bar from 10:30 AM to 12:30 AM. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, wine, beer, and snacks. Furthermore, one boat excursion is included for 1-9 nights, two for 10-16 nights, three for 17-19 nights, four for 20-29 nights, and six for 30 or more nights.

Speedboat: Operated for expected arrivals/departures from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM // Domestic flight: Operated for expected arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM // Seaplane: Operated for expected arrivals/departures from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfers are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1–2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this must be borne by the guest. Exceptions are made for changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of any necessary overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), as well as currently most domestic flights, only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 5 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered subsequently by boat.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it may be that only 1 or 2 large beds are available. Consequently, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed.
