Location

The NH Maldives Kuda Rah is approximately 300 x 130 m in size and is located in the south of Ari Atoll. The house reef is located approx. 20 – 200 m from the sandy beach. There are very good diving and snorkeling areas in the vicinity. Transfer by seaplane (approx. 25 minutes).

The boutique resort with a total of 51 villas features a reception area with seating and a souvenir shop. For culinary delights, the buffet restaurant "Sea Spray" offers international, Asian, and Indian cuisine, as well as the "Ocean" restaurant with seafood and fresh fish. Additionally, two bars and a café provide delicious snacks and cool refreshments. An infinity pool with a sun terrace is also located on the island. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool.

Beach Pool Villa

The Beach Villas (approx. 90 sqm) are equipped with an outdoor bathroom with a bathtub, separate rain shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 43-inch LED TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with sun loungers. The private plunge pool is adjacent to the outdoor bathroom.

Overwater Villa with Private Pool

The comfortable water villas (approx. 118 sqm), built on stilts over the water, have the same amenities plus a private plunge pool and direct access to the sea.

Beach Duplex Suite with Private Pool

The bright suites (approx. 231 sqm) extend over two floors. With similar amenities to the Beach Villa, they offer direct access to the beach and also feature a private plunge pool.

Meals

Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board

Meals are served as a rich breakfast buffet. With Half Board booked, a dinner buffet is also included. With Full Board booked, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style. Additionally, tea and pastries/snacks are available in the afternoon with Full Board.

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operation for expected arrival/departure between 5 AM and 11 PM // Domestic Flight: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
The seaplane transfer may include 1-2 intermediate landings.
If arrival/departure is outside the above times, due to bad weather, or long immigration waiting times, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on island location), and currently most domestic flights, only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

Baggage allowance for seaplanes/domestic flights is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on site (approx. 7 USD per kg). Excess baggage will usually be delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total.
