Location

The picturesque, paradisiacal island is approx. 600m long and 200m wide and is located in the South Ari Atoll (Alifu Atoll). The transfer time from Male is approx. 25 minutes by seaplane.

The luxurious and state-of-the-art resort, belonging to the renowned hotel group "The Centara Collection," features a total of 112 villas and suites spread across the island. Amenities include a reception area with a seating area, a small library, a boutique, and a jeweler. For culinary delights, there are various restaurants: The all-day dining buffet restaurant "Reef" serves international cuisine. The "Suan Bua" restaurant offers Thai delicacies, and the "Mare Azzurro" restaurant, built on stilts over the lagoon, serves Italian dishes and seafood specialties. Cool drinks, cocktails, and snacks are served throughout the day at the "Aqua Bar" and the "Coral Bar & Lounge." The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Use of the "Club Island Lounge" with many benefits is possible for an additional charge on-site.

Duplex Beach Villa

The spacious and modern suites (approx. 87 sqm) are located in the duplex bungalows and feature an open sleeping area on the upper floor, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, safe, telephone, minibar, coffee/tea maker, and a furnished terrace (2BV).

Family Water Villa with Kids Bed

The ground-floor water villas (approx. 93 sqm) are built on stilts directly over the sea and, with similar amenities, additionally feature a private whirlpool and a suitable children's bed. The sun deck is designed to be child-friendly (FF1).

B&B/HB+/FB+

Buffet breakfast. All other meals are served as a buffet or set menu. With Half Board Plus booking, breakfast and dinner are included. With Full Board Plus booking, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. For HB+ and FB+, two drinks per person are also included with meals. (One non-alcoholic and one alcoholic.) Daily champagne breakfast at "Reef," lunch at "Reef" as a buffet or at "Suan Bua" as a set menu. Dinner at "Reef" (buffet) or at "Suan Bua" (set menu). Afternoon coffee, tea, and pastries, as well as ice cream for children, at the "Coral Bar & Lounge." Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and juices in cans or bottles) are served by the glass at the open bars from 11 AM to 11 PM. Daily replenishment of the minibar with soft drinks and beer.

Speedboat: Operation for expected arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic (Inland flight): Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more until onward transfer are possible.
The seaplane transfer may include 1-2 intermediate stops.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or during long waiting times for entry, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
The island is considered the safest island for children!

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a double occupancy with 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Consequently, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
