Location

This 5-star luxury resort, which has been awarded the "World's Leading Luxury Private Island Resort 2021 Award," is located in the still almost untouched Raa Atoll and is surrounded by a dreamlike beach approximately 1.5 km long. The approximately 20-hectare island offers a wide variety of ways to enjoy your holiday in your own style. The house reef is located right on the doorstep, offering the perfect starting point for a unique diving or snorkeling experience.
The transfer takes place via a domestic flight (approx. 40 minutes) from Malé to Ifuru, followed by a 25-minute speedboat ride. A transfer by seaplane (approx. 40 minutes) can be booked for an additional charge.
For all arrivals until 31.10.25: The transfer duration is approximately 40 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

The hotel, which opened in August 2019, features a total of 120 villas in various categories. Guests are welcomed in an open reception area. Four restaurants cater to guests' culinary needs: The main restaurant "Aqua," located directly on the beach, offers Mediterranean, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, and vegetarian delicacies at various live cooking stations, alongside daily changing themed evenings. The "Beach Club Grill Restaurant," also located directly on the beach, spoils guests with a selection of fresh fish, seafood, meat, and vegetarian dishes. A pasta and pizza station is also available here at the Beach Pool Bar. The "Asian Restaurant" offers Asian specialties in the heart of the resort, and the "Amazònico Restaurant" prepares specialties from Central and South America in an open kitchen. A bar in the main restaurant and the beach bar provide refreshments in between.
Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge on the beach and at the pool.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villas, with a size of approx. 176 m² (including outdoor area), offer plenty of privacy and are very modern in design. They are equipped with a bathroom, walk-in shower/WC, outdoor shower, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, 2 flatscreen TVs (one in the bathroom), telephone, safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished daily with soft drinks, beer, and water included), coffee/tea-making facilities, and a balcony or terrace. Jacuzzi Beach Villa

With the same features and size as the Beach Villa, but with a private Jacuzzi on the terrace. (2JV)

Water Villa

The Water Villas (W1V/W2V), with similar features and size (approx. 176 m²) to the Beach Villa, are built on stilts over the water and can also be booked with a private pool or optional private whirlpool for an additional charge.

Marina Beach Villa Pool

With the same features as the Beach Villa Pool, these villas are located directly at the jetty to the marina and seaplane landing area. (BVZ)

All meals are served buffet-style or à la carte (depending on occupancy) in the main "Aqua" restaurant. Alternatively, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed à la carte at the "Beach Club Grill," and dinner can also be taken as a set menu at "Amazònico" and "Le Asiatique" (prior reservation is required for both/not all dishes are included in the Deluxe AI). A selection of soft drinks, water, tea/coffee, house wine, house beer, and cocktails is served from 10:00 AM to midnight at the Sunset Bar.

Speedboat: Scheduled for arrivals/departures between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM // Domestic flight: Scheduled for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM // Seaplane: Scheduled for arrivals/departures between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfers are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers during seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. This excludes changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will handle a possible overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the location of the island) as well as currently mostly domestic flights are only carried out during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it may be that only 1 or 2 large beds are available. Consequently, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed.
