Location

The Kudafushi Resort & Spa is located in the heart of the Raa Atoll. Its width of only approx. 225 m and length of nearly 634 m gave the island its name – Kudafushi translates to "small island." The house reef is approx. 20 m from the beach and offers several entry points.
Transfer is by domestic flight (approx. 30 minutes) and a further 25 minutes by speedboat. Transfer by seaplane (duration approx. 45 minutes) can be booked for an additional charge.

Facilities

The luxurious resort with a total of 107 villas promises a relaxing holiday in a laid-back "barefoot" atmosphere. In addition to the reception area, the complex features three restaurants (a main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants with Asian and Mediterranean cuisine), a bar, and a small boutique. Sun loungers, beach towels, and parasols are available free of charge by the swimming pool.

Beach Villa

The spacious and modern Beach Villas (92 m² including outdoor area) feature an open-plan bathroom/WC (partially roofed) with a bathtub, additional outdoor shower, and hairdryer. They are also equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, minibar (partially for a fee), kettle, Nespresso machine (on request/subject to availability) with capsules (included), and a private terrace with a seating area (2BV/1BV).
Available with a private pool for an additional charge (VPZ), 102 m² including outdoor area.
Only valid when booking with a private pool (VPZ): Please note that your booked room includes a private pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard on duty there. When traveling with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision yourself.

Water Villa

Located over the water and built on stilts, the Water Villas (75 m² including outdoor area) offer the same amenities as the Beach Villas, plus a sun deck with direct access to the sea (2WV). The bathroom here is completely indoors, without an outdoor shower. This room type can only be booked for guests aged 13 and over.

Water Villa Pool

The Water Villas with pool feature the same amenities as the Water Villas, with the addition of a pool, and are slightly more spacious (85 m² including outdoor area, (WVP)). This room type can only be booked for guests aged 13 and over.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for the onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1–2 stops.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions apply to changes caused by flight delays, bad weather, or longer waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be a total of 1 or 2 large beds available.
