Location

Your tropical holiday destination is located in the northern part of the Maldives in the Raa Atoll. The transfer time from Male airport is approximately 45 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

The luxury resort with its own house reef offers a total of 169 villas and features a 24-hour reception, a boutique, 7 restaurants; "Jaafaiy" main restaurant with international cuisine, the "Ocean Spice" restaurant with vegetarian Indian cuisine, "Raiyvilla" restaurant with Asian fusion cuisine and Teppanyaki, "Amigos" serves Mexican snacks, an à la carte restaurant, the "Aqua" restaurant with fresh fish and seafood, Olives & Vines, a Mediterranean restaurant with fantastic views and a romantic wedding pavilion, Teppan de Oishi – Japanese restaurant with Teppanyaki, Sushi and Sashimi, as well as the "Udhares Pool Bar" with various snacks, pizza, burgers, and grilled specialties. A large swimming pool and two children's pools are available on the main beach. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge. A small shuttle service runs regularly across the relatively extensive island.

Accommodation

Garden Villa

With a size of approx. 110 m², the elegantly furnished villas feature a semi-open bathroom with a freestanding bathtub/WC, an outdoor rain shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, TV, direct dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), ironing facilities, and a large, furnished terrace with a private tropical garden (GV2/GV1).

Beach Villa

With the same amenities as the Garden Villa, these villas are located directly on the beach and have a size of approx. 125 m² (2BV/1BV).
Also bookable as a Beach Villa Type I with limited availability at a reduced price.
Also available with a private pool for an additional charge (VPZ approx. 155m²).

Water Villa (Ocean Villa Horizon)

With otherwise identical amenities to the Beach Villas (approx. 98 m²) but without an outdoor shower and with a closed bathroom, built on stilts over the lagoon, they additionally feature an outdoor dining area and direct access to the sea from the spacious, covered terrace with sun loungers (W2V).

Meals

B&B/HB/FB

Rich breakfast buffet. With half board booked, dinner is also included. With full board booked, lunch and dinner are also included in buffet style, each in the main restaurant. Drinks are charged. With full board, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed à la carte in selected restaurants using a credit (lunch 30 USD per adult/dinner 40 USD per adult, drinks not included).

All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive

All meals in the form of rich buffets in the main restaurant. Premium all-inclusive lunch includes a selection at the buffet in the Jaafaiy Restaurant from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, a 3-course meal in selected specialty restaurants, or a net dining credit of 30 USD per person for à la carte dishes in the specialty restaurants.
Premium all-inclusive dinner includes a buffet selection at the Jaafaiy Restaurant from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, a 3-course meal in selected specialty restaurants, or a net dining credit of 40 USD per person for à la carte dishes in the specialty restaurants listed below. Additionally, afternoon tea from 3 PM to 5 PM including snacks and ice cream at the "Udhares" Bar. Unlimited "all you can drink" selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 10 AM to midnight. Drinks are served by the glass at the respective bars. Daily minibar replenishment with selected drinks (water, soft drinks, beer). Additionally, one excursion (Sunset Fishing or Half Day Island Hopping) per person per stay, snorkeling equipment per person/stay, use of stand-up paddleboards and kayaks, as well as one-time use of windsurfing equipment for 1.5 hours per stay. Furthermore, a spa credit of 30 USD per person, as well as the use of the tennis court and badminton court including equipment. In addition, there are exclusive discounts on various water sports offers.

Sports included

Fitness room, tennis, badminton, table tennis, and billiards included.

Sports for a fee

Dive school, offers jet ski, tube & banana boat, stand-up paddleboarding, wakeboarding & knee boarding, fishing, windsurfing, water skiing, and catamaran sailing. Guided snorkeling and diving excursions, and PADI/SSI instruction for beginners and advanced divers. Most dive sites are suitable for both beginners and experienced divers. Manta rays can be seen year-round, as well as some of the finest soft coral formations in the atoll. Classrooms for briefings and exams are available on-site. There are also activities for children where they can learn the skills and techniques required for balancing and effective paddling. Instruction is provided by experienced staff. Excursions to uninhabited islands, sunrise trips, or private picnics.

Children's program

Kids Club 4-12 years (children under 4 years only with parental supervision), playground, and children's pool.
Babysitter service available upon request and for a fee.
Baby cots and high chairs are provided subject to availability.

Speedboat: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather or long waiting times at immigration, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 5 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
