Location

The resort is located at the southern tip of Raa Atoll. Transfer is by domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Airport (approx. 20 minutes). From there, continue to the island by speedboat (approx. 35 minutes). Transfer by seaplane (approx. 35 minutes) can be booked on request and for a fee.

Opened in 2019, the resort has a total of 81 villas and residences. Amenities include a friendly reception area. For culinary delights, there are a total of six restaurants and bars. Among them is the "Lighthouse" restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes, the "Fish Market" restaurant with a combination of local fish dishes and South-East Asian cuisine, as well as Café Umi and a Sunset Bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and sun umbrellas are available free of charge at the infinity swimming pool with an adults-only zone.

Beach Villa Pool

The modernly equipped Beach Pool Villas (145 m² including outdoor area) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with a private pool (VPZ).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children. Therefore, for safety reasons for children, schauinsland-reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Water Villa Pool

With the same amenities as the Beach Pool Villas (approx. 100 m²), these are built on stilts over the water with direct access to the lagoon (WVP).

Lagoon Beach Pool Villa

With the same amenities as the Beach Pool Villas (approx. 150 m²), these are built on stilts over the water with direct access to the lagoon. The Lagoon Beach Pool Villas offer a 360° view (B2E).

Speedboat: Operation for estimated arrival/departure from 5 am to 11 pm // Domestic flight: Operation estimated for arrivals/departures from 9:30 am to 4 pm // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 am to 3 pm.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs incurred will be borne by the guest. Exceptions apply to changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long immigration waiting times (in these cases, our local agency will arrange for an overnight stay if necessary).

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two Queen/King size beds. For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it is possible that only 1 or 2 large beds are available in total.
