Location

The resort is located on the southern tip of the Raa Atoll. The transfer is by domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Airport (approx. 20 minutes). From there, you continue by speedboat (approx. 35 minutes) to the island. A seaplane transfer (approx. 35 minutes) can be booked on request and for a fee.

Opened in 2019, the resort features a total of 81 villas and residences. Amenities include a friendly reception area. A total of six restaurants and bars cater to your culinary needs. These include the "Lighthouse" restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine, the "Fish Market" restaurant with a combination of local fish dishes and South-East Asian cuisine, as well as Café Umi and a sunset bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and sun umbrellas are available free of charge at the infinity swimming pool with an adults-only zone.

Beach Pool Villa

The modern Beach Pool Villas (145 m² including outdoor area) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with a private pool (VPZ).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Overwater Pool Villa

With the same features as the Beach Pool Villas (approx. 100 m²), these are built on stilts over the water with direct access to the lagoon (WVP).

1 Bedroom Lagoon Pool Villa

With the same features as the Beach Pool Villas (approx. 150 m²), these are built on stilts over the water with direct access to the lagoon. The Lagoon Beach Pool Villas have a 360° view (B2E).

All Inclusive

Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner in selected resort restaurants. Unlimited selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the All Inclusive menu. Additionally, Club InterContinental benefits including afternoon tea and evening aperitifs are included. Selected non-motorized water sports activities such as catamaran sailing, windsurfing, and stand-up paddling are also included. Further benefits include access to the lounge at the seaplane terminal, use of the Planet Trekkers Kids Club, a personal Island Curator service, use of bicycles during the stay, and a 30-minute photo session.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers for seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this must be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or longer waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Consequently, it may happen that when 2 adults + 1 or 2 children are in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed.
