Facilities

Located in the North Malé Atoll with a total of 118 villas, discreetly situated along the coast. There are dining options in eight different locations. Restaurants and five bars, as well as private dining in unique settings. The spa offers a holistic program of treatments. Designed for guests with the highest demands, it guarantees maximum privacy, luxurious living, and exclusive service. Further facilities include two swimming pools, "KidsOnly" with a children's pool and slide (ages 4-12), One Tribe (ages 13-17), and ClubOne with live DJ music during the day. Occasional live music in the Rah Bar in the evenings.

Beach Villa-Speedboat

Each villa, approx. 185 sqm, features a king-size or queen-size bed, a bathroom with an oversized terrazzo bathtub, and a walk-in rain shower. Wake up to the sound of gentle waves just a few meters from your bright and airy beach villa. Step out onto your private outdoor wooden terrace with loungers and an outdoor shower, and your own private beach (S2T). For an additional charge, villas are also available with a pool, breathtaking sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows, and a hammock (VPZ, approx. 208 sqm).
From Summer 2025, Beach Villas with the same amenities will be bookable as follows: Beach Villa with King-size bed (B2V), with Queen-size bed (2BV), Beach Villa Pool with King-size bed (VPZ), Beach Villa Pool with 2 Queen-size beds (BVZ).

Water Villa-Speedboot

The stunning Water Villas feature an airy bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking water views. A separate living area for relaxing and dining complements a glass-enclosed bathroom, where the elegant oversized bathtub provides its own stunning view of the tranquil waters beyond. Discover wrap-around hammocks suspended directly over the shimmering water on the wooden deck surrounding the villa, and a covered veranda (W2V, approx. 186 sqm).
From Summer 2026, Water Villas with the same amenities will be bookable as follows: Water Villa with King-size bed (2WV), with 2 Queen-size beds (VA2).

Water Villa Pool-Speedboot

The bedroom of the Water Villa with Pool is open to the sea, the living area is bright and airy, and the bathroom features a rain shower and a sunken bathtub. The private infinity pool extends from your private deck to the water's edge, offering a unique stay. Relax on the custom-made hammocks (WVP, approx. 202 sqm).

Grand Water Villa Pool-Speedboot

Located on the west side of the island, the villa offers indoor-outdoor living with a master bedroom, a spacious living and dining area, and a chic bathroom. The locally inspired architecture is infused with subtle Balinese elements, for a decor that is both authentic and elegantly understated. The 20-meter infinity pool, direct lagoon access, and ample living space give this stunning over-water villa a distinctly calming energy, inviting relaxation and enjoyment. An afternoon sunbathing session in the overwater netted hammocks is followed by a refreshing dip in the outdoor shower (GL2, approx. 291 sqm).
