Location

The resort is located at the northern tip of Huraa Island in the North Male Atoll, perfectly nestled between a fine sandy beach and the turquoise lagoon. Thanks to its privileged location, the complex has its own private beach section, offering ideal conditions for quiet beach walks and undisturbed relaxation. The resort has its own house reef and is in close proximity to several first-class diving and surfing spots in the Male Atoll.
Arrival is comfortably by speedboat from Male International Airport. The transfer time is only about 20 minutes.

Facilities

Pearl Sands of Maldives offers a cozy boutique atmosphere with a private beach area. The resort offers a total of 32 rooms spread across 2-story buildings. The beachfront restaurant offers guests a selection of various international dishes. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach.

Double Deluxe

The Deluxe Double Rooms are located on the upper floor and feature a private balcony with direct ocean views, offering a beautiful vista to the horizon. The rooms are equipped with either a king-size bed or two queen-size beds. Amenities include air conditioning, bathroom/WC, flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and the comfortable balcony for relaxing moments with sea views.

A varied à la carte menu awaits guests for breakfast. With half board booked, dinner is also included. With full board booked, lunch and dinner are also included.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more until onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfers, there may be 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above-mentioned times, in case of bad weather or long waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

Due to current entry regulations for the Maldives, we advise against traveling as a non-fully vaccinated traveler. Depending on the development of incidence numbers, there may be short-term restrictions or even entry bans.

Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be required.

The luggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on site (approx. USD 5 per kg). Excess baggage will usually be delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, one child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
