Location

The resort, set amidst tropical vegetation, is located on a private island in the North Male Atoll with an excellent house reef that fascinates not only enthusiastic divers and snorkelers. The distance to the international airport is approx. 30 km, or approx. 40 minutes by speedboat.

The stylish resort complex, particularly popular with couples, combines tasteful design with tropical elements. The complex has a total of 100 rooms and promises a holiday of the highest standard. Facilities include a reception with a lobby, the main restaurant "Air" with international cuisine, the "Stars" à la carte restaurant and bar with Mediterranean cuisine, "Tsuki" the Japanese restaurant, the gourmet restaurant "Aqua" offering specialties from Neptune's realm, a wine bar, "Latitude" the cocktail bar with snacks and cocktails, a beach bar, and a freshwater swimming pool. Island Villa

The 44 Island Villas (approx. 188 m² including outdoor area) impress with their contemporary design combined with tropical elements. They consist of a large, open-plan bedroom with a living area and a semi-open, luxurious bathroom with an indoor/outdoor shower, as well as a bathtub and toilet. Further amenities include satellite TV with DVD player, a safe, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, an espresso machine, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers, as well as a private pool with a daybed in a secluded area offering complete privacy. Speedboat: Operates for estimated arrival/departure between 5 am and 11 pm // Domestic (flight): Operates for estimated arrival/departure between 9:30 am and 4 pm // Seaplane: Operates for estimated arrival/departure between 9 am and 3 pm.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions apply for changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended waiting times for entry (in these cases, our local agency will arrange for an interim overnight stay).

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it may be that only 1 or 2 large beds are available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
