Location

The family-friendly holiday island, with its lagoon and gently sloping beach, is approximately 600 m long and 100 m wide. It is located in the southeast of the North Malé Atoll and can be reached from Malé airport in approximately 25-30 minutes by speedboat.

Facilities

The resort has a total of 148 rooms and is equipped with a reception area and a souvenir shop. Culinary delights are served at the "Koimala" main restaurant, the "Rehendhi" restaurant, which is available exclusively for guests of the suites and also serves à la carte dishes, and the "Raiyvilla Bar" with a dreamlike view of the evening sunset. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace. Additionally, a separate swimming pool with a sun terrace is available for suite guests. Sun loungers and bath towels are provided for guests free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room with Sea View

Located in two-story buildings (with six units each) on 61 m², featuring a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace facing the sea (DMU/EMU/DRM).

Duplex Garden Bungalow

With the same equipment as the double rooms on 55 m², but freestanding and built in maisonette style. The living area is on the lower level and the sleeping area is on the first floor. The room features an interior bathroom (D2D).

Beach Bungalow

With the same equipment in bungalows (2 units each) on 49 m², additionally featuring a terrace and sea view (SBZ/RSB).

Water Bungalow

Same equipment as Beach Bungalow on 66 m², but located on stilts in the lagoon and additionally equipped with a whirlpool (2WB).

Overwater Suite

With the same equipment as the Water Bungalows but larger (approx. 95 m²), with a bathtub without whirlpool function, private sun deck with sun loungers, an outdoor hammock, and a seating area with a glass floor (W2O).

Information on meal plan

Depending on the room category and location, meals are taken in different restaurants.
The main restaurant "Koimala" is exclusively available for all land-based room categories (other room categories only upon request and reservation). Guests dine in "Maakana" depending on availability; a reservation is required. The "Rehendhi" is exclusively for guests of the Junior Beach Suite, Over Water Suite, and Beach Suite with Pool.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Snacks during the day from approximately 10:30–11:30 a.m. at the outdoor bar. Coffee, cake, and tea in the afternoon from approximately 4–6 p.m. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (by the glass) are included from approximately 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. in the main restaurant and at the respective open bars.

Premium All Inclusive

In addition to All Inclusive: a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival, daily refilled minibar (with water, soft drinks, and beer), premium alcohol and cocktails, fresh fruit juices, 2 selected excursions per stay, 1 dinner on the beach, and 60 minutes of spa treatment.

Speedboat: Operation for anticipated arrival/departure from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. // Domestic flight: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. // Seaplane: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfers, there may be 1–2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or longer waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be a total of 1 or 2 large beds available. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed.

Zusatzhinweis

All flight transfers as well as most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) are only carried out during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé (near the airport) may be necessary.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools can be open and integrated into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.
