Location

The island, measuring almost 800 m long and approx. 400 m wide, is located on the eastern outer reef of the North Male Atoll and is particularly popular with surfers. The house reef is approx. 150 m from the beach. The transfer time to the airport is approx. 25 minutes by speedboat.

Facilities

Surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation, the resort features a spacious reception area with seating areas, various small shops, a main restaurant, four bars, a disco pub on the beach, an internet corner (for a fee), and a souvenir shop. The outdoor area includes a small swimming pool with a sun terrace. Bath towels are included.

Beach Villa

These spacious beach villas with semi-open bathrooms feature an open-air outdoor shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, safe, satellite TV, minibar (included), coffee and tea-making facilities, and a terrace facing the sea (2BV/1BV). Also bookable with a supplement for the sunset side (S2V). Also bookable as Beach Villa Type I; these offer the same facilities and size as the Beach Villa, but are subject to limited availability and a special price (EE2/EE1).

Garden Villa

Featuring the same amenities as the Beach Villas, these are slightly smaller, located in the garden area in the island's interior, and do not have an outdoor shower (GV2/GV1).

Ocean Villa Sunrise

These luxurious villas are located in the Prestige area along a 500m long wooden jetty, built on stilts over the lagoon. They feature a spacious bathroom with separate shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, safe, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, Wi-Fi included, minibar, Nespresso coffee machines, and air conditioning. The terrace deck offers comfortable lounge chairs and seating as well as a view of the sunrise side; a small staircase provides direct access to the sea (2OR). Also bookable with a supplement for the sunset side (2OT).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children. For safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen therefore applies a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Ocean Villa Sunset

With the same amenities as the Ocean Villas Sunrise, these are located on the sunset side (2OT).

Sunset Beach Villa

These offer the same amenities as the Beach Villas but are located on the west side of the island and have views of the sunset (S2V). Also bookable under Sunset Beach Villa Type I; these offer the same facilities and size as the Sunset Beach Villa, but are subject to limited availability and a special price (NI2).

Deluxe Beach Villa

Featuring the same amenities as the Beach Villas, these are slightly more modern with additional "bean bags" in the room (D2V/D1V). Also bookable under Deluxe Beach Villa Type I; these offer the same facilities and size as the Deluxe Beach Villa, but are subject to limited availability and a special price (HR2/HR1).

Larger than the Beach Villa (approx. 111 m²) with the same amenities, plus additional "bean bag" seating and a separate sleeping area for children (FBV).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in buffet form in the main restaurant. Breakfast from 7:30-9:30 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 7:30-9:30 PM. Morning snacks from 10-11 AM, coffee, tea, and pastries from 4:30-5 PM, and a midnight snack from 11 PM-12 AM at the "Hiyala Bar". Selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the main bar. In addition to the Premium All Inclusive, an extended selection of premium drinks, dine-around (a la carte and buffet, upon reservation and availability), as well as one excursion per stay (e.g., Sunset Cruise or Dolphin Cruise). For bookings of 6 nights or more, both excursions are included. The minibar is restocked daily with beer, juice, soft drinks, bottled mineral water, small packs of milk, and chocolates. Furthermore, a spa credit of 50 USD per person is included.

Speedboat: Operation expected for arrivals/departures between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM // Domestic flight: Operation expected for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfers are possible.
There may be 1–2 intermediate stops during seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this must be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at customs/entry (in these cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
"Hudhuran Fushi" is considered a paradise for experienced surfers.
