Location

Siyam World is located in the pristine Noonu Atoll, teeming with vibrant and impressive marine life. The exotic house reef is just a few meters from the beach. Transfer is by seaplane (approx. 45 minutes).

Facilities

The high-quality resort with a WOW effect has a total of 470 villas and residences, built on the island amidst tropical vegetation or over the water. In addition to the reception area, the complex has several restaurants and bars. Specialty dishes from Thai, Spanish, Indian, and Maldivian cuisine cater to various palates. An exquisite wine cellar and a 24/7 sports bar complete the offering. The new resort with a young and extensive concept offers various highlights that are unparalleled in the Maldives. Water Villa Pool+Slide

With a size of approx. 81 m² including the outdoor area, the Water Villas have a semi-open bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, air conditioning, TV, telephone, minibar, coffee/tea maker, safe, as well as a furnished terrace with a private pool and are also equipped with a slide (W2C/DW3).

Lagoon Villa Pool+Slide

With the same amenities as the Water Villa Pool but larger (approx. 97 m² incl. outdoor area), they also feature a slide into the lagoon (2XP).

Pool Beach Villa Sunset

They have similar amenities to the Water Villa Pool+Slide, are slightly more spacious (approx. 91 m²), and are located on the sunset side (V2S).

The unique premium All Inclusive concept offers you 24-hour service. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form at the main restaurants. Alternatively, you can use the à la carte restaurants within the extensive dine-around concept – during lunch at the three pool bars and during dinner (with prior reservation) at six specialty restaurants. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as a variety of cocktails, a selection of well-known whiskeys, rums, gins, and vodkas, as well as soft drinks, coffee/tea, and snacks are available all day long in the various restaurants and bars. Additionally, the minibar is replenished daily with beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks. Furthermore, one excursion (Sunset Cruise, snorkeling safari, or a visit to a local island) per person per stay, as well as a spa credit of 50 USD per person per stay for selected treatments, are included.

Hotel-independent transfer information (please note the transfer times valid for your hotel on your booking confirmation):
Speedboat: Operation for approx. arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operation approx. for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1-2 intermediate stops on seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above-mentioned times, in case of bad weather, or longer waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) as well as currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be required.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be a total of only 1 or 2 large beds available. Accordingly, if 2 adults + 1 or 2 children are in one room, a child may have to sleep in the parents' bed. Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) as well as currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be required.

The luggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess luggage is to be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess luggage is usually delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, washbasins or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly without spatial separation in the general living area of the hotel room.
