Location

The Meyyafushi Maldives Resort is located on a natural island in the Lhaviyani Atoll, approximately 860 meters long and 152 meters wide. A unique coral reef surrounds the island, offering excellent conditions for divers and snorkelers, both directly at the house reef and at the surrounding dive sites, which are easily accessible by boat. The transfer time from the airport is 35 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

The exclusive resort offers a tropical island vacation in a relaxed, luxurious atmosphere. It features a total of 95 villas and suites, spread out as beach villas, water villas, and beachfront suites. Further amenities include a reception, a concierge service, a gym, and an overwater spa with a sauna, steam room, and yoga pavilion. Culinary diversity is provided by several restaurants offering international, Asian, and Mediterranean cuisine, including the underwater restaurant "Bubble" and a teppanyaki restaurant, as well as several bars and lounges. Near the beach, there is a large swimming pool with a pool bar and sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available at both the pool and the beach.

Accommodation

Beach Pool Villa

With a total area of 185m², the Beach Pool Villas feature a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an outdoor rain shower. The villas also have a private plunge pool. (VPZ)

Beach Pool Suite

The suites are spread over two floors and are otherwise equipped similarly to the Beach Villas, with an area of 291 m². The suites have an additional living area and also feature an outdoor area with a daybed, umbrella, and loungers, as well as a hammock. A private plunge pool is also available. (KR2)

Semi-Ocean Pool Villa

With the same amenities as the Beach Pool Villas, the Semi-Ocean Villas are located between the beach and the sea and offer a perfect retreat with an area of 202 m². The villas also have a furnished outdoor area and a private plunge pool. (WA2)

Water Pool Villa

The 202m² Water Pool Villas are built on stilts over the water and are equipped with a bedroom and a private pool, similar to the Semi-Ocean Villas. Surrounded by breathtaking ocean views, the Water Pool Villa is ideal for those seeking a picturesque overwater experience. (WVP)

The Premium All Inclusive package at Meyyafushi Maldives offers 24/7 culinary variety and high-quality drinks. The 24-hour dining services begin upon check-in and include both the main restaurant and selected specialty restaurants (reservations required). Several bars are available for refreshing drinks and relaxed moments: the Baa beach bar, the open Sunset lounge Raasu, and the exclusive Sky Lounge for adults – all with a wide selection of premium spirits, champagne, wines, soft drinks, and coffee specialties during their respective opening hours. Speedboat: Operation for estimated arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic (Domestic Flight): Operation for estimated arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfers, there may be 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above-mentioned times, in case of bad weather, or longer waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), and currently mostly domestic flights as well, only operate during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
