Location

The resort is located in the Lhaviyani Atoll, featuring kilometers of white sandy beaches spread across two islands connected by a bridge and surrounded by calm coral lagoons. Transfers are provided by seaplane (approx. 40 minutes).

Opening in October 2023, this family-friendly resort features a total of 290 villas distributed on land and over the water. The hotel spans two islands connected by a bridge. Resort amenities include a welcome pavilion with a lobby and reception, a boutique, a game room, and a photo studio. The smaller, quieter island, "Dheru," features 88 villas, two restaurants, and a bar. This includes "The Vela Restaurant" with live cooking stations and international cuisine, as well as the "Umi" restaurant, which is located in the middle of the bridge and serves authentic Asian specialties. The "Blue Zone" bar offers spectacular views of the lagoon and serves chilled drinks and tropical cocktails. On Mabin Island, there are three restaurants and three bars, including the "Molo" restaurant, which offers Mediterranean cuisine. Additionally, the resort features two infinity pools with separate children's pools and sea views. Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach.

Mabin Beach Pool Villa

With the same amenities as the Mabin Beach Villa, the Beach Villa Pool (VPZ) is larger (approx. 101m²), additionally features a private pool, and is located on Mabin Island.
Rooms with a private pool do not have their own lifeguard supervision and represent an increased potential hazard for small children and non-swimmers. Supervision of the pool is therefore the responsibility of the guardians. (VPZ)

Mabin Water Pool Villa

The Mabin Water Pool Villa (WVP) is located on Mabin Island and features the same amenities as the Mabin Beach Villa, but is located on stilts over the water and is larger (approx. 107m²).
Water villas with direct access to the water do not have their own lifeguard supervision and represent an increased potential hazard for small children and non-swimmers. Supervision of the pool is therefore the responsibility of the guardians. (WVP)

Premium All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. For every five-night stay, lunch or dinner can be enjoyed once as a dine-around in the restaurants across the entire hotel complex (reservation required). Morning and afternoon snacks. Selected non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, fresh juices, coffee, tea, beer, wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, and mocktails) from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM at the respective open bar. Daily replenishment of the minibar (various wines, beer, soft drinks, water, and snacks). Equipment for the golf course, as well as for billiards and table tennis, is included. Additionally, snorkeling excursions to the house reef, golf, and the driving range are included. The tennis court, padel tennis court, and the kids' club can be used free of charge (equipment not included). Free use of bicycles and yoga groups. Furthermore, once per stay, a sunset cruise and a half-hour group lesson in snorkeling, golf (driving range), and windsurfing are included, as well as an introductory/orientation dive for stays of seven nights or more (for certified divers only).

Wellness

The "Sulha" spas offer various massages and treatments for a fee.
There are two spas: one on stilts over the ocean and a "Garden Spa" on Mabin Island. The treatments and massages are identical; only the location of the spa differs.

Speedboat: Operation for anticipated arrivals/departures from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM // Domestic (internal flight): Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM // Seaplane: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfers are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers for seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions include changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at customs (in such cases, our local agency will take care of any necessary overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) as well as currently most domestic flights are only carried out during daylight hours. Consequently, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

In the Maldives, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Most rooms in the Maldives are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it may be that only 1 or 2 large beds are available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that when staying with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, one child must sleep in the parents' bed.
