Location

The resort is located in the Lhaviyani Atoll with miles of white sandy beaches, set on two islands connected by a bridge and surrounded by calm coral lagoons. Transfer is by seaplane (approx. 40 minutes).

Opening in October 2023, this family-friendly resort features a total of 290 villas distributed on land and over the water. The hotel spans two islands connected by a bridge. Resort amenities include a welcome pavilion with a lobby and reception, a boutique, a game room, and a photo studio. The smaller, quieter island "Dheru" features 88 villas, two restaurants, and a bar. This includes "The Vela Restaurant" with live cooking stations and international cuisine, as well as the "Umi" restaurant located in the middle of the bridge, serving authentic Asian specialties. The "Blue Zone" bar offers a spectacular view over the lagoon and serves cool drinks and tropical cocktails. On the island of Mabin, there are three restaurants and three bars, including the "Molo" restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine. In addition, the resort features two infinity pools with a separate children's pool and sea views. Parasols, sun loungers, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach.

Beach Villa Pool

With the same features as the Beach Villa, the Beach Villa Pool (VPZ) is larger (approx. 101m²), additionally features a private pool, and is located on the island of Mabin.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Water Villa with Pool

The Water Villa with Pool (WVP) is located on the island of Mabin and features the same amenities as the Beach Villa, but is situated on stilts over the water and is larger (approx. 107m²).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Dheru Water Villa Pool

With the same features as the Dheru Beach Villa, the Dheru Water Villa Pool (2HW) is situated on stilts over the water of the island of Dheru and is larger (approx. 107m²).
Rooms on the island of Dheru can only be booked with Premium All Inclusive.

Rich breakfast buffet. If half-board is booked, dinner is also included in buffet form. If full-board is booked, both lunch and dinner are included in buffet form.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. For every five nights of stay, lunch or dinner can be taken once as a "dine-around" at the restaurants throughout the hotel complex (reservation required). Morning and afternoon snacks. Selected non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, fresh juices, coffee, tea, beer, wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, and mocktails) from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM at the currently open bar. Daily replenishment of the minibar (various wines, beer, soft drinks, water, and snacks). Equipment for the golf course, as well as billiards and table tennis, are included. Additionally, snorkeling excursions to the house reef, golf, and the driving range are included. The tennis court, padel tennis court, and the kids' club can be used free of charge (equipment not included). Free use of bicycles and yoga groups. Furthermore, once per stay, a sunset cruise and a half-hour group lesson in snorkeling, golf (driving range), and windsurfing are included, as well as an introductory/orientation dive for stays of seven nights or more (only for certified divers).

Sports included

Fitness center, snorkeling, futsal, tennis, padel tennis, badminton, volleyball, and golf.

Sports for a fee

PADI diving school, motorized water sports such as jet skiing, water skiing, and catamaran sailing.

Children's program

"Mabin Kuda Mas" Kids Club for ages 4-12 and Teens Club for ages 13-17 (each from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Children under 4 must be accompanied by a parent; alternatively, a babysitter service is available for ages 0.5-4 (for a fee).

Wellness

The "Sulha" Spas offer various massages and treatments for a fee.
There are two spas: one on stilts over the sea and a "Garden Spa" on the island of Mabin. The treatments and massages are identical; only the location of the spa differs.

Speedboat: Operation for anticipated arrivals/departures from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM // Domestic flight: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM // Seaplane: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Wait times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers for seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes caused by flight delays, bad weather, or longer waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the location of the island), as well as most domestic flights currently, are only carried out during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be required.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 5 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is generally delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Accordingly, it may occur that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed.
