Location

The idyllic island of Fushifaru is located in the Lhaviyani Atoll, north of the capital island Malé. The fine sandy island is approximately 600m long and 300m wide. Transfer is by seaplane from the international airport and takes about 35 minutes.

This luxurious 5-star resort, designed in a modern, local style, is ideal for couples. The complex comprises a total of 49 villas spread across the island. Culinary delights are offered at the buffet restaurant "Korakali" with international cuisine, and at the "Raakani" restaurant serving Asian dishes and seafood. The resort's "Fanihandhi Bar" provides refreshing drinks. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is perfect for relaxation. Sun loungers and beach towels are included on the beach and by the pool.

The villas (approx. 96 sqm) feature a semi-open bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, and direct access to the sunrise-side beach. (SV2) Available with a private pool for an additional charge (V2X).

Jacuzzi Water Villa

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer may occur.

Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently, most domestic flights, are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be a total of only 1 or 2 large beds available. Consequently, it's possible that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child may have to sleep in the parents' bed.
