Location

The island in the north of the Lhaviyani Atoll is approx. 200 m wide and approx. 500 m long and surrounded by a crystal-clear, turquoise lagoon and an approx. 1 km long, white sandy beach. The lagoon and the house reef, approx. 75 m away, offer ideal snorkelling and diving conditions. Transfer is by domestic flight and speedboat (approx. 60 minutes, longer waiting times at the airport are possible). For an additional charge, transfer by seaplane (approx. 40 minutes) can be booked.

Facilities

The small resort with 65 villas is built in the typical Maldivian style and is located on a dream island with white sandbanks and wonderful tropical vegetation. The complex has a reception, a library and a souvenir shop. In the main restaurant "Falhu", main meals are served buffet-style (various theme nights). The à la carte restaurant "Aqua" is located over the water and serves international specialties. Sun loungers and beach towels are available free of charge on the beach.

Beach Villa

Built and furnished in Maldivian style with lots of wood, approx. 55 m². They have a semi-open bathroom with outdoor shower/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (partly for a fee), safe, telephone, LCD TV with Bluetooth soundbar, coffee/tea maker and a wooden terrace with sun loungers. Jacuzzi Beach Villa

Same amenities, larger and with a seating area. Small private garden with wooden terrace and whirlpool. Additional wooden terrace over the beach with sun loungers and access to the beach (approx. 71 m²). (2JV)

Jacuzzi Water Villa

Same amenities (approx. 88 m²), with LCD TV and DVD player. The bungalows are located in the southern lagoon on wooden stilts over the water. Stairs lead directly into the water. The bungalows are spacious, furnished with teak wood, with a seating area, terrace with sun loungers and seating. The bathroom has a rain shower and a whirlpool overlooking the lagoon. (JW2)

Rich breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner are served in the main restaurant buffet-style. Selected non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (water, soft drinks, juices, beer, coffee, tea, milkshakes, smoothies, wine, mocktails, and cocktails). Daily replenishment of the minibar (water, soft drinks, juices, beer, wine, and snacks). Also included are a small bottle of champagne per room, a sunset cruise, 30 minutes of group snorkelling lessons (without equipment), 30 minutes of group windsurfing lessons (equipment included), and free use of windsurfing equipment and kayaks.

Sports for a Fee

Professional 5-star PADI diving center "Komandoo ProDivers". There are over 50 dive sites around the island (reachable in 10-45 minutes). Excursions, courses, and rental of diving and snorkelling equipment, catamaran rental, and deep-sea fishing.

Speedboat: Operations for expected arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operations expected for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operations expected for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
The seaplane transfer may involve 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or long waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may have to be booked.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be a total of only 1 or 2 large beds available. All flight transfers and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) are only carried out during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male (near the airport) may be necessary.

The luggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered later by boat.
