Location

The Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa is located on the pristine, crescent-shaped island of Dhonakulhi in the north of the Maldives. More than a kilometer of white sandy beach stretches on each side of the island, bordered by a turquoise lagoon. The house reef is about 10-30 meters away. Over 40 fantastic and untouched dive sites are reachable in 5-60 minutes. The high-quality resort can be reached in approx. 45 minutes by domestic flight from the airport island Hulhule to Hanimadhoo airport, followed by a speedboat transfer of approx. 25 minutes. For an extra charge, a direct seaplane transfer is also available (approx. 75 minutes).
Transfer information Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, Domestic: Operation for arrival until 4 PM/departure from 8 AM. Seaplane: Operation for arrival until 2:45 PM/departure from 9:30 AM. Luggage allowance is 20 kg each.

The resort is a tropical paradise, surrounded by a kilometer-long white dream beach and covered by lush tropical vegetation with coconut and banana trees. The complex has a total of 110 luxurious villas, two swimming pools with a pool bar and a boutique. For culinary delights, there is the "Matheefaru" restaurant with a magnificent view of the Suns-set and international dishes, the "Meeru" pool bar with snacks and a wide selection of cool drinks, and the "Samsara" restaurant with Thai, Japanese and Indian cuisine. At the "Sunset Pool Café-Beach Club," additional snacks and drinks are available with a breathtaking view of the sea.

The approx. 130 sqm (incl. outdoor area) villas are located on the beach and feature a semi-open bathroom with a separate shower, whirlpool, WC, a separate living and sleeping area with teak flooring, king-size bed, walk-in closet, terrace with sun loungers overlooking the beach, living area with integrated daybed, satellite TV with DVD player and surround system. Deluxe Water Villa

With otherwise identical amenities, these are approx. 190 sqm (incl. outdoor area), built on stilts over the lagoon, and feature an enclosed bathroom, a private whirlpool, and a 30 sqm pool. (2DW/EDW)

Ocean Villa Pool

The approx. 290 sqm villa is built on stilts directly over the water and features a living room with a glass floor, a sun terrace, an infinity pool, and direct access to the ocean. Butler service is available to guests. (OP2)

Beach Residence Plunge Pool

The approx. 215 sqm villas are located directly on the beach and feature a separate living and sleeping area with a spacious indoor and outdoor bathroom including a whirlpool bathtub, as well as a private pool. Guests have their own bicycles and butler service. (2OQ)

Deluxe Sunset Beach Villa Pool

The approx. 190 sqm villas are nestled in a private beach section on the sunset side. The villa offers a separate dining and living area as well as a spacious indoor and outdoor bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. Between the villa and the private beach, there is a 40 sqm pool.
