Location

The resort is located on the island of Dhigurah in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll and is connected to The Residence Falhumaafushi via a jetty.
Transfer from the airport is by domestic flight (approx. 55 minutes) and speedboat (approx. 7 minutes).

The Residence Dhigurah has a total of 173 luxuriously furnished villas. Amenities include an open reception area with a reception desk and seating, as well as a boutique and a souvenir shop. For dining, there are a total of four restaurants: "The Dining Room" restaurant with international cuisine, "Li Bai" restaurant with classic Cantonese cuisine, and "Earth Table" restaurant with a "farm-to-fork" concept. Enjoy cool refreshments and exotic cocktails at a total of three bars. The resort also has a cafe. Directly on the beach is a beach club with a 42-meter infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean. The house reef allows for optimal exploration of the breathtaking underwater world of the Gaafu Alifu Atoll. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The Sunrise Beach Pool Villa is approx. 150 sqm and features a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), Smart TV, DVD player, coffee/tea maker, as well as a furnished terrace and a private pool. Lagoon Pool Villa

With the same amenities and size as the Sunrise Beach Pool Villa, the Lagoon Pool Villa is built on stilts over the lagoon and offers direct access to the sea. (2XP)

Sunrise Water Pool Villa

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant "The Dining Room". Alternatively, lunch and dinner can be taken as a set menu in selected restaurants (reservation required). Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 11 am to 11 pm at the respective open bar. Daily refilling of the minibar with soft drinks, juices, and beer. Additionally, free use of kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (one hour per day). Free ironing service (two items per person per stay).

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long immigration waiting times (in which case our local agency will arrange any necessary overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be required.
