Location

The island is located in the northern part of the Dhaalu Atoll and is approx. 400m long and 60m wide. The house reef is on the east side of the island and is approx. 200m from the beach. Transfer is by seaplane (approx. 45 minutes).

Facilities

The resort, opened in winter 2018, with a total of 125 suites, impresses with its harmonious design concept of luxury and nature. Amenities include a reception, a boutique, and a cafe. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, grill restaurant, and wine cellar. A spacious main bar and a pool bar complete the offerings. In the southern part of the island, you'll find the infinity pool with a sun terrace.

Beach Villa Pool

Detached units (approx. 93 sqm) with an open-plan bathroom with bathtub, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, beach bag, ceiling fan, air conditioning, safe, minibar, TV, telephone, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a private pool (VPZ)

Ocean Villa with Pool

Same amenities (approx. 124 sqm) as the Beach Suites, but with a semi-open-plan bathroom, a large covered terrace with a daybed and sea view, a private plunge pool, and direct sea access (WVP).

Dolphin Ocean Villa Pool (bookable from 1.11.25)

With similar amenities and size as the Water Villa Pool, these villas additionally offer a small beach integrated into the terrace and provide optimal opportunities for dolphin watching.

Grand Beach Villa Pool (bookable from 1.11.25)

With similar amenities to the Beach Villas (approx. 135 sqm), these villas offer maximum privacy. The pool is located outdoors and is not visible from the outside. The double-height ceilings are also a highlight.

Rich breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet in the main restaurant, as well as coffee and tea in the afternoon. Alternatively, lunch and dinner can also be enjoyed in selected restaurants (reservation required). Extensive selection of wines from renowned vineyards worldwide, including selected sparkling wines, a selection of international beers (draft, canned, and bottled), a wide range of spirits and whiskies, as well as a selection of signature and international cocktails and various mocktails. Additionally, there is a large selection of soft drinks, coffee and tea specialties, and iced tea at the bar that is open. Daily replenishment of the minibar (soft drinks, wine, beer, and snacks).

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operation for estimated arrival/departure between 5 am and 11 pm // Domestic flight: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9:30 am and 4 pm // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures between 9 am and 3 pm.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs incurred are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended waiting times for entry (in such cases, our local agency will arrange for an intermediate overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on island location) and currently, most domestic flights, only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be required.

The luggage allowance for seaplanes/domestic flights is 20 kg + 3 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on site (approx. 7 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Consequently, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, one child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
