Location

The resort is located in the South Nilandhe Atoll, approx. 145 km south of Male, directly on the dreamlike sandy beach. An outer reef, ideal for diving and snorkeling, is only approx. 30m away. The transfer time from Male airport is approx. 40 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

The island, about 390m long and 170m wide, features 62 freestanding beach villas and 41 water bungalows. Facilities include an open reception area with a reception desk and seating areas, as well as a souvenir shop, a boutique, and a jeweler. Dining options include a main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants, a wine cellar, a pool bar, and the main overwater bar, renovated in 2025. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the infinity pool.

Beach Villa Pool

The approx. 78 sqm (including outdoor area) pool villas offer a stylish white interior and a tropical color scheme. The villas are equipped with a semi-open bathroom, bathtub and separate outdoor shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar (for a fee) and a private sun deck with a Maldivian swing, a large pool and sea view (VPZ).

Deluxe Beach Villa

With similar amenities to the pool villas, but slightly smaller (76 sqm), these villas additionally feature a Maldivian swing on the sun deck (D2V). For an additional charge, a private whirlpool tub on the terrace of the semi-open bathroom can also be booked (J2Y).

Reef Villa

The Reef Villas are slightly more spacious (approx. 78 sqm including outdoor area) with similar amenities to the pool villas, featuring a closed bathroom on the sun deck and are built on stilts over the water (R2V).

All meals in buffet form at the main restaurant "The Aqua". Lunch and dinner can also be enjoyed à la carte in selected restaurants. Coffee and tea in the afternoon from 3 PM to 6 PM at "Positv Engergy", selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as soft drinks, juice, table wine, cocktails, etc. Additionally, daily replenishment of the minibar with soft drinks and beer.
1 Dolphin Sunset Cruise or a visit to a local island is included per person per stay.

Sports Included

Fully equipped fitness center, tennis, badminton, volleyball, snorkeling equipment, table tennis and darts. Non-motorized water sports (e.g. windsurfing etc.) free of charge for one hour daily.

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operation for expected arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operation for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1-2 stops on seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside the times mentioned above, in case of bad weather, or long waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

The luggage allowance for seaplanes/domestic flights is 20 kg + 3 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage is to be paid for on site (approx. 7 USD per kg). Excess baggage will usually be delivered later by boat.

In the Maldives, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly without a spatial separation in the general living area of the hotel room.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a double occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be a total of only 1 or 2 large beds available. Consequently, it may occur that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, one child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
