The modern and elegantly designed resort features a total of 69 villas on land and over the water, which offer impressive views of the Indian Ocean. Amenities include an open-plan reception area with a front desk, a library, and a variety of restaurants to suit every taste. At "The Pearl", enjoy Japanese cuisine in an elegant setting over the water. "Island Kitchen" serves international and local dishes with a healthy twist. "Hawker" offers Asian street-food specialties, and at the "Sunset Bar", you can enjoy exotic cocktails and the picturesque sunset. The large infinity pool is located at the "Island Kitchen" restaurant with a view of the sea. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Family Beach Pool Villa

With the same facilities and size as the Beach Villa Pool, the Family Beach Pool Villa features an additional double bed (FBV).
Rooms with a private pool do not have their own lifeguard and pose an increased potential danger for small children and non-swimmers. The duty of supervision at the pool therefore lies with the parents or guardians.

Beach Villa Pool

The spacious villas (approx. 140 m²) are inviting, light-filled spaces and feature a bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, furnished terrace, and private pool (VPZ).

Deluxe Beach Villa Pool

With the same features, this room is more spacious (approx. 164 m²) and includes an additional sofa bed (V2H).

Family Deluxe Beach Villa Pool (from 1.11.26)

The generous villas, approximately 164 m² in size, are located directly on the beach and are particularly suitable for families due to the two double beds. They feature a bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, safe, and Wi-Fi. The terrace with a private pool and direct access to the beach complete the facilities. (F2V)

Water Villa with Pool

The Water Villa with Pool is built on stilts over the sea and features a generous 194 m², an additional living area with further sleeping options, a separate bedroom (sliding door), and an 8 m long private pool on the furnished terrace, as well as direct access to the sea (WVP).

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it may be the case that only 1 or 2 large beds are available in total. Accordingly, it can happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed. Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the location of the island), as well as currently most domestic flights, are only carried out during daylight hours. It may therefore be necessary to stay overnight in Malé.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat.
