Location

This dream resort, with many returning guests from German-speaking countries, is located in the still largely untouched Baa Atoll. It's surrounded by white, fine-grained, wide sandy beaches on a 660m long and 290m wide private barefoot island in the north of the Maldives. Nature lovers will especially enjoy snorkeling or diving experiences in the colorful house reef, located directly off the island. The transfer from Male International Airport by seaplane takes approximately 40 minutes.

This stylish resort, offering a "Robinson Crusoe feeling," is nestled amidst lush vegetation and features 98 villas. For dining, the buffet restaurant "Cowrie" serves international cuisine with various live cooking stations. A special highlight is the à la carte restaurant "Cornus," offering Thai cuisine, other Asian specialties, and grilled dishes. Two bars, a boutique, a library, and a souvenir shop complete the offerings.

Beach Villa

Built in Maldivian style with thatched roofs, these spacious 87 sqm beach villas are located directly on the beach. They consist of a bedroom, a seating area, and a small workspace. Additionally, the rooms feature an open bathroom with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, safe, coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with sun loungers. Most of the furnishings in these comfortably designed villas are made directly on the island in the resort's own carpentry workshop. (2BV) For an additional charge, villas facing the sunset are also available, located on the widest stretch of beach on the island, year-round. (S2V)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style at the "Cowrie" restaurant. Afternoon tea, coffee, and snacks are available at the "Conch Bar" from 3 PM to 6 PM. Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass are available from approximately 10 AM to 11 PM at the Beach Bar and from approximately 10 AM to 12 AM at the "Conch Bar." A portion of the cost can also be credited towards meals at the Conch Bar (lunch and dinner) and the Cornus Restaurant (seafood and Thai specialties). Snorkeling equipment rental is included, as well as non-motorized water sports. One sunset cruise per person/stay. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks, water, tea and coffee making facilities, and one liter of water.

Speedboat: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures between 5 AM and 11 PM // Domestic (Inland flight): Operates for estimated arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM // Seaplane: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Male must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended immigration waiting times (in which case our local agent will arrange any necessary overnight stay).

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two Queen/King-size beds. For a party of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed.

All flight transfers, as well as most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), are only operated during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male (near the airport) may be necessary.
