Location

The island of Veligandu, approximately 600x150m in size, is located in the beautiful North Ari Atoll and is considered a paradise for divers and snorkelers with its blue lagoon and excellent house reef. Transfer to the island is by speedboat (approx. 60 minutes). For an additional charge and upon request, transfer can be made by seaplane in about 20 minutes from the international airport island of Hulhule.

Facilities

The resort, surrounded by white sandy beaches and recently completely renovated, consists of a total of 100 villas and features an open reception area with a reception, an internet corner, a library, a photo shop, a tailor, and a souvenir shop. Culinary delights are provided by the buffet main restaurant "Dhonveli" with Asian and international cuisine, the "Raahlu" restaurant with fish specialties and seafood, the à la carte restaurant "Madivaru" with Mediterranean dishes, as well as Asian delicacies and Teppanyaki grill. Cold refreshments are available at the "Raalhu" bar, and snacks are also served at the "Thundi" bar. The infinity pool invites you to relax with its view over the beach. Sun loungers and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The Beach Villas, furnished in tropical style, are approx. 71 sqm in size and feature a semi-open bathroom with rain shower/WC, two washbasins, hairdryer, bathrobes, king-size bed, air conditioning, safe, telephone, TV, plug adapter, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, espresso machine, seating area, and a private furnished terrace overlooking the lagoon (partially obscured by vegetation). Jacuzzi Beach Villa

The Jacuzzi Beach Villas, with the same amenities as the Beach Villas, are approx. 86 sqm in size and feature a private whirlpool in the bathroom, a sun deck, and sea view. (2JV/1JV) Also bookable at an additional charge on the sunset side. (SJV)

Jacuzzi Water Villa

The Jacuzzi Water Villas, with the same amenities and size as the Jacuzzi Beach Villas, are built on stilts over the water with direct access to the sea. (JW2)

Ocean Villa Sunset

The Ocean Villas Sunset are more spacious than the Beach Villas (approx. 102 sqm) with the same amenities and are built on stilts over the water with direct access to the sea. Additionally, the rooms feature a hammock on the outdoor deck and an outdoor bathroom with a shower and bathtub. (2OT)

Ocean Pool Villa

With similar amenities to the Jacuzzi Water Villa, these are significantly more spacious (approx. 125 sqm including outdoor area) and additionally feature a private pool (approx. 17 sqm) on the sun deck. Rich breakfast buffet, as well as dinner buffet at the "Dhonveli" restaurant. With booked full board, lunch buffet is also available at the "Dhonveli" restaurant.

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM as a buffet at the "Dhonveli" restaurant, as well as a snack menu from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Alternatively, lunch and dinner can also be enjoyed as a 3-course menu at the "Madivaru" restaurant. Additionally, afternoon tea from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 stopovers.
