Location

The approximately 600x150 m large island of Veligandu is located in the beautiful North Ari Atoll and is considered a paradise for divers and snorkelers with its blue lagoon and excellent house reef. Transfer is by speedboat to the island (approx. 60 minutes). For an additional charge and upon request, transfer can be made by seaplane in about 20 minutes from the international airport island of Hulhule.

Facilities

The resort, surrounded by white sandy beaches and recently completely renovated, consists of a total of 100 villas and has an open reception area with a reception, an internet corner, a library, a photo shop, a tailor and a souvenir shop. Culinary delights are provided by the main buffet restaurant "Dhonveli" with Asian and international cuisine, the "Raahlu" restaurant with fish specialties and seafood, the à la carte restaurant "Madivaru" with Mediterranean dishes, as well as Asian delicacies and Teppanyaki grill. Cold refreshments are served at the "Raalhu" bar and snacks are also available at the "Thundi" bar. The infinity pool invites you to relax with its view over the beach. Sun loungers and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The Beach Villas, furnished in tropical style, are approx. 71 sqm in size and have a semi-open bathroom with rain shower/toilet, two sinks, hairdryer, bathrobes, king-size bed, air conditioning, safe, telephone, TV, power adapter, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, espresso machine, seating area and a private furnished terrace with lagoon view (partially restricted by vegetation). Jacuzzi Beach Villa

The Jacuzzi Beach Villas have the same amenities as the Beach Villas, are approx. 86 sqm in size and feature a private whirlpool in the bathroom and a sun deck with sea view. (2JV/1JV) Also bookable at an extra charge on the sunset side. (SJV)

Jacuzzi Water Villa

The Jacuzzi Water Villas have the same amenities and size as the Jacuzzi Beach Villas, built on stilts over the water with direct access to the sea. (JW2)

Ocean Villa Sunset

The Ocean Villas Sunset are more spacious (approx. 102 sqm) than the Beach Villas with the same amenities and are built on stilts over the water with direct access to the sea. The rooms also offer an outdoor whirlpool bathtub. (2OT)

Ocean Pool Villa

With similar amenities to the Jacuzzi Water Villa, these are significantly more spacious (approx. 125 sqm including outdoor area) and also feature a private pool (approx. 17 sqm) on the sun deck.
