Location

The popular resort is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Kuta. In the immediate vicinity, you will find some restaurants and small shops. The center of Kuta is about 10 minutes away. The transfer time to Denpasar Airport is approximately 15 minutes.

Facilities

Modern restaurant buffet with extensive offerings and elegant ambiance.
The 3.8 hectare resort has a total of 493 rooms. Amenities include a reception area with a 24-hour front desk and seating areas. Furthermore, the resort has a souvenir shop and a jeweler. For culinary delights, there are two restaurants and three bars, including the "Kunyit" restaurant with Asian and local specialties and the "Sands" restaurant with international cuisine. The extensive garden area features a spacious pool landscape with a pool bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

The Deluxe Double Rooms are approximately 30 m² and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a furnished balcony (DD2/DD1).

Deluxe Pool Access

With the same size and amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Deluxe Pool Access rooms are located on the ground floor and feature a terrace with direct pool access (DPA/PA1).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Premier Double Room

The Premier Double Rooms, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, are larger (approx. 35.5 m²). Additionally, daily refilling of the minibar with selected drinks is included (PD2/PD1).
Also available at an extra charge with lagoon access (P2L).

Restrictions due to Balinese holiday Nyepi

The "Nyepi Day", also known as the "Day of Silence", is the highest holiday in Bali.
During this time (24 hours), strict rules apply that severely restrict tourism.
The date is determined annually according to the lunar calendar and usually falls in March.
On the Day of Silence, arrival/departure is not possible, and the airport is closed.
