Location

The well-known resort is located in the northeast of the island of Bali, directly on the black stone beach of Kubu. The slight slope offers excellent views of the sea. The transfer time from the airport is approx. 2.5 hours.

The 30 bungalows and two oceanfront villas are spread across a beautifully landscaped garden. The open-air restaurant, with its international and Indonesian delicacies, caters to your culinary desires. Treat yourself to one of the soothing massages at "The Six Elements" Spa for relaxation. You can also enjoy a magnificent view of the sea from the swimming pool (sun loungers, bath towels, and umbrellas included).

Bungalow Superior

Tastefully furnished, combining modern and Balinese style elements. The rooms have a semi-open bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, air conditioning, fan, minibar, telephone, safe, coffee/tea maker, and a terrace (B2X/B1X).

Deluxe Bungalow

The Deluxe Bungalows are 10 m² larger and have the same furnishings, plus an additional daybed (D2B/1BD).

Deluxe Bungalow Oceanfront

The Oceanfront Bungalows are another 10 m² larger with the same furnishings as the Deluxe Bungalows. They also feature satellite TV and Bluetooth speakers and are located in the first row to the sea with a direct sea view (BI2/BI1).

Dive Center
The generously designed dive center is located in a two-story building, barely 30 meters from the waterfront. Dive trips are conducted by boat or minibus, reaching all dive sites in the region within 10-30 minutes. Day trips are also organized with modern minibuses. Nitrox is available free of charge, and serious training with new rental equipment is also offered. The house reef provides good opportunities for individual diving.
Dive Information:
Base Management: German management led by Barbara Ebel and Stefan Brand
Dive Sites: Beautiful house reef, easily accessible from the beach. The dive sites in the Kubu/Tulamben region are reached by boat in just a few minutes. All top spots around Bali are accessible by minibus, from Tulamben to Menjangan or Nusa Penida.
Dive Operations: Usually 2 dives daily (approx. 9 AM and 2 PM), with return to the hotel in between. Occasional day trips with 2 dives, departing between 7:30 AM and 9 AM. House reef and night dives.
Dive Equipment: 30 complete rental sets, 20 computers, and 10 lamps available for a fee. 120 aluminum tanks DIN/INT, 12 liters, with some 15-liter tanks also available.
Dive Courses: SSI courses offered in German and English.
Snorkeling: The house reef can be snorkeled at any time without a guide. Other dive sites such as Liberty Shipwreck, Coral Garden, and Drop off along the coast of Tulamben are very suitable for snorkeling. If there is space, snorkelers are welcome on the dive boat. Snorkel guides are not available.

In Bali, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be only 1 or 2 large beds available in total.

Restrictions due to Balinese holiday Nyepi

“Nyepi Day”, also known as the “Day of Silence,” is the highest holiday in Bali.
During this time (24 hours), strict rules are in place that significantly restrict tourism.
The date is determined annually by the lunar calendar and usually falls in March.
Arrival and departure are not possible on the Day of Silence; the airport is also closed.
