Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms Sea View (DM/DEM) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms City View. They are approx. 30 sqm and offer a sea view.

Double Room Sea View Balcony

The Double Rooms Sea View Balcony (DMA/AME) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, are approx. 35 sqm, and additionally feature a furnished balcony with a view of the Gulf of Oman.

Local customs and etiquette:
Omanis are known for their warmth and hospitality. Visitors should respect local customs by dressing conservatively, especially at religious sites. Public displays of affection are generally avoided, and loud or disruptive behaviour is discouraged.
Photography and drones:
Always ask for permission before photographing people. Avoid taking photos of government buildings and military sites. Flying drones without a license is illegal.
Alcohol and e-cigarettes:
Alcohol can be purchased and consumed in licensed venues such as hotels and restaurants, with the legal minimum age for alcohol consumption being 21. It is also possible for visitors to purchase at the airport duty-free. Public intoxication is prohibited. E-cigarettes are illegal in Oman.

Seasonal Note

During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations. Furthermore, hotels use this time for maintenance and minor renovation work, during which disruptions such as pool closures etc. may occur. Additionally, some restaurants may be closed as meals are not served everywhere.
The entertainment programme in the hotel is cancelled or limited.
During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public places are not permitted.
