Location

The hotel is located directly on the sea, on the fine sandy beach. The center of Sousse, one of the oldest cities in Tunisia, is approx. 2.5 km away. Enfidha Airport is approx. 45 km away.

The hotel has 490 rooms spread over 8 floors. Hotel amenities include the lobby with reception and lobby bar. Further facilities include the Spa Center and a freshwater indoor pool (open daily in winter from 9 am to 1 pm; children aged 3 and over). For culinary delights, there are 5 bars, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (L'Oliveraie & LE Pecheur) and a pool and beach restaurant.
The spacious outdoor area features two pools, one of which is a relaxation pool with a seawater pool and the other is a pool with slides. A children's pool and a pool bar are also available. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and mattresses are available free of charge on the beach and by the pool.
Towels can be rented for a deposit.

Double Room Superior

Equipped with a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, centrally controlled air conditioning (15.06.-15.09.), coffee and tea making facilities, telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, safe, and balcony or terrace (DSU).
Also available with sea view at an extra charge (DMU). Also available for single occupancy (DEU/UME).

Double Room Deluxe

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these also feature a sea view and offer additional amenities such as an espresso machine, complimentary bath towels, a filled minibar, a fruit basket, and a bottle of wine upon arrival (DM2). Also available for single occupancy (DM1).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are more spacious (DF2).

Junior Suite

Are 2 Superior Double Rooms with connecting door and a bathroom, as well as an additional seating area (JS2).

Prestige Suite

The Prestige Suites have the same features as the double rooms but have an additional living/sleeping area, two satellite TVs, and an additional separate toilet (SP).

Young Traveller Room

Equipped like the Superior Double Rooms, but only bookable for guests aged 18-29 years. When booking, the guests' date of birth must be entered for the reduced price to be displayed.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, separate children's buffet. Snacks, cakes, pastries and ice cream during the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 8 am to midnight at the respective open bar.

Sports Included

Aerobics, aquagym, fitness room (renovated in 2025), bocce, volleyball, fitness room, chess, table tennis, mini-football, 2 tennis courts (by reservation/1 hour daily), as well as 3 paddle courts and 4 pickleball courts.
