The complex is quietly located on a private, fine sandy beach approximately 500 m long. The center of Sousse is about 2 km away, and Monastir Airport is approximately 16 km away.

The hotel offers 240 rooms with a 24-hour reception. Further amenities include a poolside and beach snack bar, several bars, a wellness center, an indoor pool, and a conference room. Additionally, the hotel features a spacious garden area with subtropical vegetation, 2 swimming pools, a children's pool, and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. There is also a new beach bar. The complex is integrated with the garden area of the Marhaba Club Hotel.

The modernly furnished rooms have a bathroom or shower and a separate toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (June 15 - October 15), telephone, mini-fridge, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (D/DE).
With the same amenities as the double rooms, these also offer sea views (DM/DEM).
