The complex is in a quiet location, situated directly on the approx. 500 m long, fine, private sandy beach. It is about 2 km to the town center of Sousse and approx. 16 km to Monastir airport.

The hotel offers 240 rooms with a 24-hour reception. Further amenities include a snack bar by the pool and on the beach, several bars, a wellness center, an indoor pool, and a conference room. Furthermore, the hotel offers a spacious garden area with subtropical vegetation, 2 swimming pools, a children's pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a new beach bar. The complex is connected to the garden area of the Marhaba Club Hotel.
