The hotel is situated on the beachfront at a private sandy beach, approximately 3 km from Port El Kantaoui. Various shopping facilities are located approx. 200 m from the hotel. The distance to Monastir airport is approx. 23 km, and to Enfidha approx. 30 km.

The hotel features 358 rooms spread over 5 floors. Amenities include a lobby with a reception area and a lounge, as well as a lobby bar and a complimentary Wi-Fi zone. The hotel has a main restaurant and 2 à la carte restaurants (a Tunisian buffet restaurant "El Raihan" and an Italian restaurant (the Italian restaurant is open from May-October)), an indoor pool (heatable in winter), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
In the outdoor area, there is a sun terrace with 2 outdoor pools (one of which is a saltwater pool, heated in winter (adults only)), as well as a separate children's pool and a pool/snack bar.
Sunshades and loungers are available free of charge at the beach and pool; bath towels are available for a deposit.
In the summer months, an additional snack bar is available to guests at the beach.
