Location

The Shems Holiday Village is located in the picturesque coastal region of Skanes, Tunisia, directly on the fine sandy beach and only a few kilometers from the historic city of Monastir. Its central location allows guests to explore the cultural sights of the surrounding area while enjoying the peace and relaxation of a beach holiday.

The hotel has 600 rooms, mostly located in single-story bungalow buildings, and offers a variety of facilities, including a lobby with reception, shops, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace.
Further amenities include extensive gardens with two outdoor pools, one of which serves as a relaxation pool and offers sea views. A highlight is the large aquapark (May 1st - September 30th), which offers a wide selection of different slides and other water attractions for all ages. There are also sun terraces with loungers and parasols by the pools, as well as a pool bar and a snack bar. The beach is divided into two areas. A small souk with various shops and a cinema are also available at the hotel.
