Location

The Hotel Skanes Serail is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Skanes, a picturesque coastal region in Tunisia. With its dreamlike location, the hotel not only offers sea views but also proximity to the historic city of Monastir, which is only a few kilometers away. Monastir International Airport is easily accessible, making your journey particularly convenient. The surrounding area invites you to explore and discover cultural attractions, while the direct beach location ensures pure relaxation.

Facilities

The Hotel Skanes Serail boasts modern and elegant facilities spread across four floors, featuring a total of 225 rooms that blend harmoniously with the Mediterranean surroundings. The stylish lobby welcomes guests with friendly service, and the spacious pool area, surrounded by palm trees and comfortable loungers, invites you to relax. The aquapark is particularly popular with children. For culinary variety, there is a buffet restaurant as well as two à la carte restaurants offering guests international and Tunisian cuisine.

Double Room Superior (until 30.4.26) / Double Room (from 1.5.26)

These comfortable double rooms (D) have been renovated and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds. They also offer a balcony or terrace and amenities such as air conditioning and a TV (DSU/D).
For an additional charge, they are also available with sea view (DMU/DM) or for single use or as a single with child room (DSE/1DS/DME/1SS/DE/D1K/DEM/D1M).
(Additionally bookable under NBEA61 as single with child (D1K) and as single with child and sea view (D1M)).
Previously, the Superior rooms were the renovated rooms. After the renovation of all rooms, there will no longer be a distinction.

Family Room Superior (until 30.4.26) / Family Room (from 1.5.26)

Ideal for families or small groups, the family room offers plenty of space. These rooms have been renovated and are basically equipped like the double rooms, but are more spacious. The balcony offers a wonderful view (F2U/DF2).
Previously, the family rooms Superior were the renovated rooms. After the renovation of all rooms, there will no longer be a distinction.

The Super Saver rooms are equipped like the double rooms, but are offered in a limited quota and at a special price (SSZ).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

The All-Inclusive program at Hotel Skanes Serail offers everything you need for a carefree stay. Guests can enjoy lavish buffets during main meals: breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30–2:30 pm), and dinner (7–9 pm). Snacks and small treats are available between meals, ensuring that hunger pangs are satisfied at any time. Two à la carte restaurants (Tunisian and Italian) are available for dinner (reservations required, subject to availability).
Refreshing drinks, including soft drinks, water, local wines, beer, and selected spirits, are served at various bars from 10 am to 11 pm. Afternoon coffee and tea with pastries are available in the lounge from 3 to 5 pm. With a wide selection of food and drinks, you can fully enjoy your stay.

Not included in All Inclusive

All drinks from 11 pm are subject to a charge.

Sports included

For active guests, there are a variety of sports activities available, including beach volleyball and water aerobics.

Sports for a fee

For a fee, guests can enjoy water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing, and parasailing. Additionally, there is an 18-hole golf course nearby for golf enthusiasts to pursue their passion.

Children's program

Skanes Serail is ideal for families and offers a comprehensive children's program. In the mini club, children aged 4 to 12 can make new friends and participate in creative activities, games, and small competitions. For even more fun, there is a separate children's pool and a playground, specifically designed to meet the needs of our youngest guests.
