Location

Located in the heart of the Medina Mediterranea (Medina = old town) of Hammamet-Yasmine with its many varied entertainment options. In the vicinity, there are various architectural attractions of Tunisia, such as the artist village of Sidi Bou Said, which is replicated as part of the Residence Diar Lemdina, and the large gate Bab Zouila—originally located in Mahdia—which serves as the entrance gate.
The fine sandy beach (sun loungers included) and the promenade of Yasmine are approx. 300 m away. The original old town of Hammamet is approx. 13 km away. Enfidha Airport is approximately 40 km away.

The comfortable residence consists of 3 building wings with a total of 240 rooms, spread throughout the Medina Mediterranea. The El Bousten wing houses the lobby, 1 elevator for all guests of the residence, and a beautiful outdoor pool set in an inner courtyard (sun loungers, parasols included, towels available against a deposit). The Erriadh wing features a very beautiful outdoor pool surrounded by olive trees. A heated indoor pool and a fitness room are located in the Sidi Bou Said wing, which is modeled in its architectural style after the eponymous artist village. A dining hall is available for breakfast and dinner. Accommodation is assigned based on availability in one of the 3 building wings. From all parts of the building, you have direct access to the old town with its winding alleys and squares, where you will find the bazaar, restaurants, cafés, bars, a disco, a supermarket, a public steam bath, museums, as well as the Carthageland theme park.
Sun loungers and parasols are included at the beach, as well as at the beach bar (open during the summer months, offering drinks and snacks).

The friendly and comfortably furnished studios feature a combined living/sleeping area with air conditioning/heating (seasonal, subject to change), bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe for rent, balcony or terrace, and a fully equipped kitchenette (S12).

The comfortably furnished junior suites feature a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds as well as 1 separate sleeping room, some of which are located over 2 floors. Facilities are the same as in the double rooms (JS2/JS1).

The spacious Ambassador Suites (120 m²) feature a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds, 1 separate sleeping room with a double bed, and 1 separate sleeping room with 2 single beds. Fun for all ages is guaranteed. The theme park is open on weekends, and during school holidays, the Carthageland theme park is open daily. Furthermore, a visit to the museum is worthwhile. There, you can be enchanted by the 1001 Nights Palace.
