Location

Located in the heart of the Medina Mediterranea (Medina = old town) of Hamamet-Yasmine with its many diverse entertainment options. Nearby are various architectural attractions of Tunisia, such as the artists' village of Sidi Bou Said, which is part of the Residence Diar Lemdina, and the large Bab Zouila gate, originally located in Mahdia, which serves as an entrance gate.
The fine sandy beach (sunbeds incl.) and the promenade of Yasmine are about 300 m away. The original old town of Hammamet is approx. 13 km away. Enfidha Airport is approximately 40 km away.

The comfortable residence consists of 3 building wings with a total of 240 rooms, spread throughout the Medina Mediterranea. Wing El Bousten houses the lobby, 1 elevator for all guests of the residence, and a beautiful outdoor pool set in a courtyard (sunbeds, umbrellas included, towels for a deposit). Wing Erriadh features a very nice outdoor pool surrounded by olive trees. A heated indoor pool and a fitness room are located in wing Sidi Bou Said, whose architecture is inspired by the artist village of the same name. A dining room is available for breakfast and dinner. Accommodation will be provided in one of the 3 building wings, subject to availability. All parts of the building offer direct access to the old town with its winding alleys and squares, where you will find the bazaar, restaurants, cafes, bars, a disco-bar, a supermarket, a public steam bath, museums, and the Carthageland theme park.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are included on the beach, as is the beach bar (open during summer months, drinks and snacks).

The friendly and comfortably furnished studios feature a combined living/sleeping area with air conditioning/heating (seasonal, subject to change), bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe (rental), balcony or terrace, and a fully equipped kitchenette (S12).

Junior Suite

The comfortably furnished Junior Suites feature a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and 1 separate bedroom, some of which are spread over two floors. Equipment as in the double room (JS2/JS1).

Ambassador Suite

The spacious Ambassador Suites (120 m²) feature a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, and 1 separate bedroom with 2 single beds. Lots of fun for young and old is guaranteed. The theme park is open every weekend, and during school holidays, the Carthageland theme park is open continuously. Furthermore, a visit to the museum is worthwhile. There you can be enchanted by the 1001 Nights Palace.
