Located directly on a fine sandy beach. Houmt Souk with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues can be reached in approx. 10 km, the airport is approx. 20 km away.

The complex has a total of 259 rooms. Amenities include a reception, restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants (Tunisian and Mediterranean specialties), various bars, shops, a hairdresser, and an indoor pool. There is also a Moorish café. The well-maintained outdoor area features a pool, terrace, and pool bar. Sun loungers, towels, and parasols are available free of charge at the pool.

Double room

The 22 m² comfortably furnished rooms feature a bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (1.6.-30.9./15.11.-15.3., subject to weather conditions), balcony, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, as well as a safe, coffee set, and kettle (D/D1K).
Also available at an extra charge with sea view (DM/D1M) and for single use (DE/DEM).

Superior double room

The superior double rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms but are more spacious at 32 m² and feature sea views and pool views. Further amenities include bathrobes as well as coffee/tea making facilities and a kettle (DSU/DEU).

Superior family room

Equipped like the double rooms, but more spacious at 45 m² and with sleeping arrangements for the 3rd and 4th person (F2U).

Family room type B

Two double rooms with connecting door (2FB).

Super saver room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are available at a special price, do not have a balcony, and may be located in a less preferred position (SSZ).

Equipped like the double rooms. The highlight here is the access to the shared pool (SWD).

All meals are available in buffet form.
Breakfast (7-10 a.m.), late-riser breakfast (10-11:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m., with show cooking), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.), snacks during the day. A small continental breakfast is available from 4-7 a.m. Non-alcoholic drinks and local alcoholic drinks are offered. International alcoholic drinks must be paid for separately.
Optionally, dinner can be taken once per stay at the à-la-carte restaurant "El Malouf" (for a minimum stay of 7 nights).

All Inclusive Plus (1.6.-31.10.)

All meals are available in buffet form.
Breakfast (7-10 a.m.), late-riser breakfast (10-11:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m., with show cooking), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.), snacks during the day. Additionally, a late-night snack from 9:30 p.m.-2 a.m. Non-alcoholic drinks and local alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day. International alcoholic drinks must be paid for separately.
Optionally, dinner can be taken once per stay at an à-la-carte restaurant (for a minimum stay of 7 nights). There are two restaurants to choose from.

Sports included

Fitness room, 4 clay tennis courts, table tennis, beach volleyball, various fitness classes such as aerobics, Zumba, yoga, and stretching. Also water polo and various board games (Scrabble, chess, checkers).

Sports for a fee

Horse riding, golf, and bicycle rental via external providers, as well as padel at the hotel.
