The hotel is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Zarzis Oasis, which is partly interspersed with rocks. Zarzis is approximately 14 km away, and Djerba Airport is about 50 km away.

This beautiful Moorish-style hotel with 340 rooms is particularly enchanting due to its architecture. The high-quality furnishings made of natural materials, such as palm wood, are inspired by the Berber style. The facilities include several restaurants, bars, a Moorish café, boutique, discotheque, hairdresser, indoor pool (heated in winter from 1.11-30.04), and 5 elevators. The outdoor area, with its old palm trees, features a large swimming pool, a sun terrace, a thermal pool, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included; bath towels are available for a deposit.
